Books purchased from adarshbooksindia.com that are requested for return are eligible for full refund if books have any publishing defect. To be eligible for full return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Books that are purchased online from adarshbooksindia.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions. adarshbooksindia.com penalizes the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon for the fulfillment of the order. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within 5 days of our receiving the returns depending upon the card issuer’s policy.
